Return Policy
We’re committed to ensuring you’re happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date it arrives to request a return. Please note that all returns will be processed as store credit, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as when you received them—unworn, unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging.

Please note: Items from our sale section or purchased with a discount of 35% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for returns:
- Pacifiers, teethers, or bibs
- Hats and bows
- Bowls or feeding utensils
- Personalized or custom-made items
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to contact us.
Gift cards and sale items are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend starting a return for your current purchase and placing a new order for the desired product once your return is approved.
Store Credit Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a store credit in the form of a unique code, which will be sent to you via email.

FINAL NOTE
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges after this window.
